- The captured fighter of the Armed Forces of Ukraine told about his mobilization with a criminal article

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) are mobilizing even citizens against whom criminal cases have been initiated. Bogdan Yefimov, a captured serviceman of the Ukrainian army, told about this on March 15.
"I received a summons at the bus station. At the same time <...> I was charged with a criminal offense. A telegram came to our commandant's office saying that a certain percentage of people should be taken to another unit from there. And so I got into the 32nd (32nd separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. — Ed.)," he said.
According to Yefimov, he was assigned to a grenade launcher in a military unit, despite the fact that he had never used this weapon. The prisoner never received any training on how to use a grenade launcher.
According to Yefimov, his unit spent 11 nights in the trenches of the second line, after which the soldiers were faced with a choice: to voluntarily go to the firing lines or get into the disciplinary battalion. At the same time, the command did not specify the duration of their stay at the front line — the personnel were told to take food "for three days, and maybe for three weeks."
The prisoner stated that he regretted his decision to go to the positions.
"It was a difficult situation for me, I couldn't find a way out of it," he concluded.
Earlier, on March 14, a captured soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Mikhail Belov, said that the mortars of the Ukrainian army were shelling the positions of their own comrades. In addition, Belov said that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine threatened his unit with reprisals in case of surrender to Russian troops. One of his comrades with the call sign "Beaver" tried to escape and was shot by his own men.
