Hyacinth-B crews destroyed the AFU stronghold in the Red Army area

Military personnel of the 152-millimeter towed Hyacinth-B cannon of the Center group of forces destroyed a fortified stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Red Army area of the special operation. This was announced on March 15 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

Information about enemy personnel hiding in the stronghold was obtained during aerial reconnaissance. After that, the coordinates were transferred to the artillery crew, which delivered precise strikes at the enemy facility.

The ministry noted that the fire was adjusted by drone operators in real time, which helped destroy targets with a minimum number of shots.

"Aim the gun as quickly and accurately as possible. Open fire as soon as possible. <...> If you don't open fire in time, you won't be able to hit the gun accurately," said senior gunner Konstantin.

In the Red Army area of the special operation, Russian military personnel are actively eliminating mortar crews, foreign-made infantry fighting vehicles (infantry fighting vehicles) and artillery systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

On March 13, the Ministry of Defense reported that soldiers of the 2nd Guards Artillery brigade of the South group of forces destroyed a German self-propelled artillery installation PzH 2000 (Panzerhaubitze 2000) of the enemy in the Seversky direction of the special operation. An accurate blow to the enemy gun was delivered using the Lancet barrage ammunition.
