A helicopter crash in the U.S. state of Ohio killed a pilot.


A helicopter crashed in Portage County, Ohio, killing the pilot. This was reported on March 14 by Fox8 TV channel with reference to the local highway patrol.
"The investigation revealed that (the helicopter. — Ed.) Schweizer 269C caught on wires above a water tank and fell into it...> The pilot did not survive," the TV channel says.
It is specified that the deceased's name was Anthony Jones, he was 52 years old. The body was found in the reservoir where the helicopter crashed. According to the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), only the pilot was in the helicopter at the time of the crash. Additional circumstances of the incident are being established.
On March 13, a fire was reported on board a Boeing 737 at Denver Airport due to engine problems. 12 injured people were taken to hospitals. The ship was heading from Colorado Springs Airport to Dallas International Airport. However, the plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Denver.
