In the Odessa region, an energy facility was damaged, as a result of which the city of Chernomorsk was completely de-energized. This was announced on March 15 by the head of the regional military administration Oleg Kiper.

"Due to damage to the energy infrastructure, the city of Chernomorsk has been completely de—energized," the Keeper said in a Telegram channel message.

According to him, special services are being sent to the territory of the energy facility. Restoration work is underway.

In addition, according to the press service of the energy company Sumyoblenergo, there are also problems with the supply of electricity in the city of Sumy after the explosions. It is specified that work on restoring the supply of electricity is underway at an accelerated pace.
