Moscow Fashion Week opened with shows by Russian and foreign designers

Moscow Fashion Week has started in the Manege. The first 15 shows of designers from Moscow, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Ivanovo, Lytkarino, Omsk and Ulan-Ude, as well as from 2 countries: Armenia and South Africa, were held. There is a market where visitors throughout the Moscow Fashion Week will be able to purchase their favorite clothes, shoes and accessories from more than 100 Russian brands from different cities.
"The fourth Moscow Fashion Week is attended by 180 designers from different regions of our country, as well as from foreign countries, who present their collections and their works in different formats. Moscow Fashion Week has a certain stable schedule, it is held twice a year. This is in line with international practice, as well as the request of industry representatives. Participation in our fashion week is becoming a habit for both Russian and foreign designers," said Alexey Fursin, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Moscow Department of Culture.
Leading journalists of glossy and news publications, influencers, buyers, stylists, and bloggers attended the shows of Russian and foreign designers. Ksenia Sobchak, Maria Minogarova, a blogger, model and presenter of the YouTube show "The Day Before Yesterday's News", and other stars walked the runway at the Vereja brand show. Many stars were seen at the evening shows, including Yana Rudkovskaya and artist Pavel Pepperstein. And among the guests of the first rows of the Rogov brand show: singer Nyusha, Evelina Khromchenko, stylists Misha and Kitty, Slava Kopeikin, Olga Karput, singer Hannah, fashion influencer Katya Golden and many others.
The Moscow Fashion Week was opened by a show by students of the Moscow Art and Industrial Institute (MHPI) called "Margarita Cruise Collection". Special attention should be paid to the images in the form of classic Egyptian chiton, mixed with obvious attributes from our days: scarab-shaped headphones, sneakers with the image of the "eye of Ra", classic sand silhouettes, and wide-brimmed braided hats. By the way, hats served as accent accessories for the images, as well as large buckles on belts worn over a variety of products. The collection was also dominated by voluminous transparent stoles, coats and dresses.
When creating its collections, the young Blndvsn brand adheres to the concept of combining diverse styles into a single whole, using the aesthetics of brutalism, futurism and deconstructivism. The audience saw the predominance of clear, structured lines — they were opposed by deconstructed shapes and asymmetry. Deep and simple shades – black, gray, khaki – do not attract attention, but act as a competent addition to the collection.
Alexander Rogov, the founder of the Rogov brand, has revolutionized the fashion world again. The collection was entirely devoted to outrageous experiments, destroying the stereotype of style. Alexander mixed a cage, leopard spots and floral patterns in the outfit. Alexander combined the most unexpected colors: orange with lime, herbaceous green with dark purple, scarlet with coniferous. The main pattern of the collection was, of course, the leopard: he "painted" theatrical gloves, outerwear, and false collars. Speaking of collars, such an accessory with an animalistic pattern was combined with a coat in an identical design. Only the leopard spots on the outerwear were large, and on the collar they were small. Here is another stereotype that has collapsed in front of all the viewers. And among the guests of the first rows of the Rogov brand show: singer Nyusha, Evelina Khromchenko, stylists Misha and Kitty, Slava Kopeikin, Olga Karput, singer Hannah, fashion influencer Katya Golden and many others.
