A woman and a three-year-old child were injured in an accident in Nakhodka. An accident investigation is underway.

The incident occurred on Shkolnaya Street. According to PrimaMedia news agency, a 46-year-old woman driving a Toyota Land Cruiser during a U-turn at an intersection was not convinced of the safety of the maneuver and collided with a Toyota Roomy driven by a 23-year-old woman.

There was a child in the cabin of the second foreign car, who was transported in a child restraint. The baby and the motorist were hospitalized.

Over the weekend, 246 road accidents occurred on the roads of Russia, in which 28 people were killed, and 287 more were injured.
