The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have left the best samples of their weapons in the Kursk region. This was reported on March 14 by columnist David Ex in Forbes magazine.

"Experiencing food shortages and the danger of being cut off, the retreating Ukrainians moved quickly, apparently under cover of darkness. The heavy equipment that they couldn't take with them, they just threw away," the article says.

Ex writes that the best pieces of equipment, including foreign-made ones, and artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were left as trophies of the Russian army. He specified that the Ukrainian militants had abandoned the M-1 Abrams tank, the Bradley infantry fighting vehicle and other samples.

On March 12, the commander of the Akhmat special forces unit with the call sign Aid said that Ukrainian militants were fleeing the Kursk region. Hades also noted that the Russian fighters are ready to continue moving forward to create a sanitary zone. Now there are still levers of resistance, but the enemy is being "demolished". The commander also suggested that the operation could be completed in a few days.
