The level of trust of Russians in Putin was 83%

Russian President Vladimir Putin is trusted by 83% of the surveyed citizens of the country. This follows from the results of a survey by the Public Opinion Foundation published on March 14.

In addition, the same number of Russians surveyed believe that the head of state is doing his job well.

57% of the survey participants also positively assessed the work of the Russian government. 59% of respondents said that Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin is working well.

The study was conducted from March 7 to March 9. It was attended by 1.5 thousand respondents.

"No one can demand anything here, especially not from Russia."

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on January 17 that Putin enjoys enormous popular support. He added that the results of the polls are influenced by the successes of the special military operation. The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation called it an important factor "for inspiring citizens."
