- Russian servicemen told about the flight of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the liberation of the city of Sudzha

Russian servicemen told Izvestia about the liberation of the city of Sudzha and its surroundings from the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), as well as about the mass flight of the enemy.
"The initial task was, as they say, to disrupt their logistics. Thus, we went along the state border strictly to the west and created an operational environment for them, as they say. As a result, they immediately realized that there was no way back," said the commander of the airborne assault battalion of the 810th Marine Brigade with the call sign Balu.
The soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces waited for the frosty weather to begin the operation. It was necessary to overcome several small rivers. Some units advanced towards the enemy's positions through a pipe underground, while others went around, crossed the border and took control of the Yunakovo—Sudzha supply route.
"The unit advanced in full force, enemy strongholds, shelters were destroyed, and dugouts were opened. We went out on the road to the border and mined it. <...> They (the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. — Ed.) they broke into their border en masse," said the battalion company commander with the call sign Lexus.
A fighter with the call sign Bird, in turn, said that the crossing of the Russian military took place in three stages: "woodlands, postcards" and only then moving on boats.
According to the correspondent of the publication, Alexander Safiulin, the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants fled from their positions, leaving machine guns, grenade launchers and rifles.
"Such a large number of abandoned weapons speaks only about one thing — the Ukrainian Armed Forces fled, they didn't even have time to use everything that their Western allies gave them," the journalist emphasized.
Now the military continues to explore the territory of the city: they are combing every block and house in search of a hidden enemy. Despite the massive retreat of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, there are still several settlements occupied by the enemy before the complete liberation of the Kursk region, so Russian fighters do not stop their work, displacing the enemy every day.
The liberation of the city of Sudzha in the Kursk region became known on March 13. During the day, the Ukrainian army lost more than 340 militants in this area. At the same time, footage of the settlement was published immediately after the cleansing from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Suja has been severely destroyed as a result of the actions of Ukrainian militants, and some buildings cannot even be restored.
