Forecasters predicted rain and wind gusts up to 22 m/s in Moscow on March 14.

Cloudy, light, sometimes moderate rain — such weather awaits residents of the capital region on Friday, March 14. The corresponding forecast is published on the website of the Hydrometeorological Center.

The air temperature in Moscow will range from +12 to +14 degrees in the afternoon, and it is expected to drop to +2 in the evening. At night, the thermometer will drop to -2.

In the Moscow region, weather forecasters promise from +10 to +15 degrees during the day, and at night the temperature may drop to -5.

A westerly wind is expected with a speed of 7-12 m/s, gusts of up to 22 m/s are possible.

The atmospheric pressure will be 732-744 mmHg.

Danger is near: on March 14, a nine-point storm will hit Moscow

Wind gusts are expected to reach 18-23 m/s.

Evgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos Weather center, announced a nine-point storm expected in the capital on March 14. According to him, the peak of the storm will be from 15:00 to 18:00 Moscow time. The Moscow Ministry of Emergency Situations also warned residents of the capital about strong winds with gusts up to 22 m/s and recommended parking in safe places, avoiding unstable structures and billboards.
