Stavropol will continue to expand Chapaev Street

Stavropol authorities have decided to expand Chapaev Street — there will be an additional lane and sidewalk. 27 million rubles will be spent from the budget for these purposes. The electronic auction documentation is available on the Public Procurement website.

The work will be carried out from school No. 47 to the existing road extension near Chapaevsky Passage. The length of the additional lane will be 800 m. The sidewalk along the road will also be repaired.

The future contractor must fulfill the contract by October 1, 2025. The commission is currently reviewing applications to determine the winner of the tender.

According to the StavropolMedia news agency, Chapaev Street will be expanded from 2023. Then a 145-meter strip appeared at the intersection with Chapaevsky Passage.

Earlier it was reported that 45 trolleybuses from Nizhny Novgorod will be delivered to Stavropol. The winning contractor agreed to fulfill the terms of the contract for 1.48 billion rubles.
