In the east of Ukraine, explosions thundered in the city of Kharkiv amid an air raid alert. This was reported on March 13 by the Ukrainian TV channel "Public".

"Explosions were heard in Kharkiv," the Telegram channel said.

According to the online map of the Ukrainian Ministry of Digital Transformation, an air alert has been declared in the Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
