Shore will be reinforced on Tatyshev Island in Krasnoyarsk

In Krasnoyarsk, the shore will be reinforced on the northern side of Tatyshev Island to stop its destruction. Tenders for the work will be announced in the near future, the press service of the city administration reported on Thursday, March 13.

We are talking about a site near the Oktyabrsky Bridge, writes KrasnoyarskMedia news agency. A section of 315 meters is to be reinforced, with a maximum height of 6 meters.

The future contractor will have to restore the coastline and dismantle the stairway to the water. The shore reinforcement will be made of ragged quarry rock.

All work is planned for two years. For now, archaeologists will be working on the site, since the coast is located within the boundaries of the archaeological heritage site Krasnoyarsk. Tatyshev Island settlement-2".
