Another 130 houses have been included in the capital repair plan in the Murmansk region.

In the Murmansk Region, 132 more facilities were included in the short-term capital repair plan for apartment buildings and measures were added for 24 houses included earlier. This is reported by the Bi-port news agency with reference to the regional Capital Repair Fund.

"Since January 1, 2025, the Murmansk Region has increased the amount of contributions for major repairs. Thanks to this, it was possible to expand the list of apartment buildings where renovation work is planned in 2025," the organization explained.

In mid-February, it was reported that work had begun on the first houses included in the capital repair program of the Murmansk Region. Then repairs began at four addresses in Murmansk and one in Severomorsk.

Contracts with contractors for most of the houses were signed at the end of last year.
