In January 2025, Roskomnadzor deleted or blocked more than 4.3 thousand fraudulent websites and Internet pages. In January 2024 — more than 7,7 thousand. This was reported to Izvestia by the press service of the department on March 13.

At the same time, in December 2024, more than 5.7 thousand such resources were deleted or blocked, at the same time in 2023 - more than 7.6 thousand.

Roskomnadzor restricts access to fraudulent websites based on court decisions and the requirements of the Russian Prosecutor General's Office.

"The agency advises using only Russian legal services and rejecting foreign ones that violate Russian law," the press service stressed.
