Azerbaijan and Armenia have completed negotiations on agreeing on the text of a peace agreement. This was stated on March 13 by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.

"Armenia has accepted the proposals of the Azerbaijani side regarding the last two uncoordinated points of the agreement," Bayramov was quoted as saying by the Report agency.

Also, according to the head of the department, at the next stage Baku expects Armenia to amend its constitution, which still contains territorial claims against Azerbaijan.

Earlier, on February 11, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia was ready to assist in negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. At the same time, he stressed that Yerevan and Baku are able to conduct a negotiation process without the participation of third countries.
