157 architectural monuments were restored in Moscow in 2024


In 2024, the restoration of 157 architectural monuments was completed in Moscow. In 2025, the city plans to continue updating more than 50 facilities, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said in his official Telegram channel.
Among the iconic buildings are the house where Alexander Pushkin lived from February to May 1831, the Shekhtel mansion in Ermolaevsky Lane and the Markov merchants' mansion in Karetny Ryad.
Within the framework of the program "1 ruble per sq. m. m per year" specialists have put in order the travel gates with the guardhouse of the Khoroshevsky stud farm, the apartment building in Kropotkinsky Lane and the stables of the ensemble of the Tarasov family's urban estate.
In addition, work has been fully completed on five religious sites, including the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in Novy Vagankovo on Three Mountains.
