- The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations has banned shooting down drones by improvised means.

The Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations urged not to shoot down drones with improvised means and not to come close to fallen drones. The agency announced this on March 13.
"It is forbidden to approach it or touch it when the UAV falls. You should not try to shoot down a drone using improvised means," the recommendation says.
When the drone falls, it is necessary to move away from it at a distance of no closer than 100 m, hide behind a building or tree, warn other citizens nearby, and then report the incident by calling 112.
"A UAV has been detected — do not inform the enemy! Do not film the operation of the air defense system, the moments of the UAV flight, military equipment and infrastructure. Do not post materials about UAVs on social networks," the document says, as cited by TASS.
On March 11, during a massive attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Moscow and the Moscow region, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that fragments of a drone with an unexploded warhead were found in the Kapotnya district of the capital. Explosives experts promptly arrived at the scene. The ammunition was successfully neutralized.
