The conditions of the Russian Federation for the start of negotiations on the settlement of the Ukrainian conflict remain the same, Rodion Miroshnik, the Russian Foreign Ministry's ambassador-at-large for crimes committed by the Kiev regime, told Izvestia.

"At the moment, in principle, nothing has changed in our approaches, because there are no proposals on the settlement of the conflict on our side. All that is happening so far is a "seething" on the other side of the conflict. The question is how exactly the United States will collect debts from the Zelensky regime (President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. — Ed.), we are not particularly interested," the diplomat stressed.

Russian President Vladimir Putin publicly listed the conditions for a cease-fire and the start of negotiations back in June 2024.
