Putin called the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers captured in the Kursk region terrorists

During a meeting at the control center of the Kursk group of the Russian Armed Forces on March 12, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the need to treat captured Ukrainian militants in the Kursk region as terrorists.

"The opponents captured in the Kursk region should be treated as terrorists," Vladimir Putin said.
