In the Pskov region, fraudsters managed to steal about 1 million rubles from local residents. The police carry out a check on every fact.

The victims of the scams were residents of Pskov, Velikiye Luki, Pskov district and Strugokrasnensky district. The scammers used various deception schemes. In particular, citizens were offered to receive a quick income from "investments," the Pskov News Feed writes. In addition, residents of Pskov were informed about allegedly unauthorized loans. In all cases, the victims agreed to transfer money to outside accounts.

Several more people were deceived when buying and selling goods on Internet sites.

In Tyumen, a pensioner became a victim of fraud. The scammers convinced the victim to transfer about 22 million rubles to various accounts under the pretext of preventing unauthorized debiting of funds.
