A criminal case was opened after the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) carried out a terrorist attack against civilians in the village of Malaya Loknya, Kursk region. This was announced on March 12 by the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia.

"The Main Military Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia has opened a criminal case in connection with the commission of a terrorist act against civilians in the Kursk region in Russia (paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the agency's Telegram channel says.
