The Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia has opened a criminal case into a domestic gas explosion that injured a woman and a child. This was announced on March 12 by the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee for the Tyumen region.
It is specified that the case was initiated under Part 1 of Article 219 of the Criminal Code (violation of fire safety requirements).
