The Cypriot journalist recalled Russia's ceasefire conditions

Russia announced its conditions for a ceasefire in Ukraine last year, but the West prefers not to mention this. This was announced on March 12 by Cypriot journalist Alex Christoforou.
"Russia will be portrayed as a party that "rejects peace." Keep in mind that Russia publicly presented its conditions for a cease—fire back in June 2024," he wrote on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
In addition, Hristoforou drew attention to the fact that US President Donald Trump does not have a specific plan to resolve the Ukrainian conflict.
On the same day, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the Ukrainian side had agreed to the US proposal for a 30-day truce to demonstrate its readiness for peace. Speaking about the recent conversation with the United States, the Ukrainian president described it as constructive and noted that it was the first dialogue with such a positive outcome.
On March 11, Ukraine expressed its readiness for a 30-day ceasefire during talks with the United States in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The United States, in turn, pledged to immediately resume military assistance and intelligence sharing with Ukraine. In addition, the two countries' delegations agreed to appoint negotiating teams and agreed to begin negotiations to achieve sustainable peace.
