After the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit a factory in the Kursk region, a criminal case was opened on a terrorist attack.

A criminal case on a terrorist attack against civilians was opened after the shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) of a feed mill in the Kursk region, as a result of which four people were killed and two injured. This was reported on March 12 in the press service of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation.

"A criminal case has been opened into the commission by Ukrainian militants of a terrorist act against the civilian population of the Kursk region (paragraph "b" of Part 3 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)," the Telegram channel says.

During the preliminary investigation, representatives of the Ukrainian army who are involved in this crime will be identified and brought to justice.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a feed mill on the afternoon of March 12.

On March 10, the Ukrainian army attacked a shopping center in the Belaya settlement of the Belovsky district of the Kursk region. As a result of the attack, five people were killed: two women, two men and an 18-year-old boy. Nine people were injured, four of them underwent surgery, including two teenagers. Most of the victims were diagnosed with shrapnel wounds and fractures.
