Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev reached the quarterfinals of the Masters tournament in Indian Wells, beating the representative of the United States, the 11th racket of the world Tommy Paul. The match took place on March 12 and ended with the score 6:4, 6:0.

The duration of the match was 1 hour and 14 minutes. Medvedev scored five break points out of a possible six, and also completed eight straight serves.
