Russians named common reasons for quitting their jobs

The most common reason for the dismissal of Russians from work was the unwillingness of the employer to raise wages. This was indicated by 57% of respondents, it follows from the results of the survey of the service "Work.<url>", which were reviewed by Izvestia on March 13.

It is followed by a lack of career growth (38%) and professional burnout (37%). A significant proportion of respondents (32%) cited stress as the reason for their dismissal. The desire to work closer to home also became a significant factor for 24% of the respondents.

Conflicts with management or colleagues led to the dismissal of 20% of respondents, and the desire to devote more time to family and health was noted by 14 and 11%, respectively. In addition, moving to another city or country was the reason for leaving work for 8% of Russians.

At the same time, experts found out that less than 8% of Russians surveyed work in companies for six months or less, and 12% of respondents work for a year. At the same time, 13% have been in one place for two years, 28% for three to five years, 11% for six to seven years, and 10% for eight to ten years. 15% of the study participants spent more than ten years in one place of work. And only 4% of the respondents have worked in one company all their lives.

Earlier, on March 6, it was reported that for the majority of Russians surveyed (75%), job satisfaction is a key indicator of a successful career. This is stated in the results of the study of the service "Work.ru". In addition, high earnings (71%) and professionalism (64%) are considered important.
