Almost 2.5 billion rubles will be allocated for the construction of a school in Chita

In Chita, in the Romanovsky microdistrict, they plan to build a school for almost 2.5 billion rubles. The search for contractors has already begun. Information about the purchase is published on the website of the "EIS Procurement".

The customer is LLC "School of the future – Romanovsky". The contractor will have to perform the work and provide services for the development of design estimates, engineering surveys, construction and equipment of the school. The educational institution will be designed for 1,1 thousand places.

Construction of the Romanovsky microdistrict began in April 2023. 48 high-rise buildings are to be built on an area of 28,000 hectares by 2035. A fifth of the housing will be transferred for resettlement from emergency homes, writes ChitaMedia news agency.

Earlier it was reported that a four-storey exotarium will be built in Chita. It will appear on the site of the city zoo on Zhuravleva Street. The exotarium will contain only small animals. The large ones will be transported to the Amodovo zoo nursery.
