Almost 400 billion rubles were invested through the TOP in the economy of the Khabarovsk Territory

Khabarovsk Territory is still the leader in the Far East in terms of investment rates and volumes. Since 2015, 394 billion rubles have been invested in the regional economy and 14.6 thousand jobs have been created under the "Territory of Advanced Development" and "Free Port of Vladivostok" regimes. From 2016 to 2023, residents paid 12.5 billion rubles in taxes to the regional budget.

IA AmurMedia, with reference to the regional Ministry of Economic Development, writes that at the moment there are 144 residents of TOP and SPV in the region. 119 residents of Khabarovsk TOP are implementing projects at 39 investment sites, and 25 residents are working in the Vaninsky and Sovetsko-Gavansky districts, as well as in the adjacent territories.

The total cost of all investment projects implemented under the preferential regimes is 645.5 billion rubles. The plans include the creation of more than 23,000 jobs. The Agency notes that the SPV project is distinguished by its high investment capacity. So, on average, about 10 billion rubles of private investments account for 1 project.

The construction industry, development, transport, logistics, manufacturing, agriculture and the food industry are of the greatest interest to entrepreneurs who want to invest.

Earlier it was reported that since the beginning of 2025, the production of semi-finished meat products in the Khabarovsk Territory has increased by 10%. This was facilitated by the development of new types of products, the expansion of sales markets and the geography of supplies.
