In Birobidzhan, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention against the CEO of a commercial organization. She is accused of organizing illegal migration.
According to IA EAOmedia, with reference to the press service of the regional FSB, the woman and several of her accomplices organized the illegal entry and stay in Russia of 37 foreigners for financial reward. They were used as labor under the guise of qualified specialists.
The investigation found that the company's CEO issued migration visas and work permits to foreigners, bypassing the quota mechanism. At the same time, the suspect used the company's branches in Birobidzhan and Khabarovsk, and also used a wide range of contacts among representatives of the foreign diasporas of the Far East.
The criminal case was initiated under the article "Organization of illegal migration committed by a group of persons by prior agreement." The investigation of the case is ongoing.
Earlier it was reported that 16 people will be convicted in Vladimir for organizing an illegal migration channel for foreigners in the Russian Federation. As a result of searches, one of the attackers was found to have illegally stored ammunition suitable for firing shots. Depending on the role and degree of participation, nine of the defendants in the case are charged with organizing illegal migration as part of an organized criminal community, while the rest are charged with organizing illegal migration by prior agreement.
