Liksutov spoke about the development of intercept parking in Moscow

As Liksutov explained, with the help of the interception tariff, city residents get the opportunity not to pay for parking when transferring to public transport.
"The demand for intercepting parking lots is growing. Since the beginning of this year, there have been more than 280 thousand motorists. once they left their cars for free and switched to public transport. This is a convenient alternative to traveling around the city by private car, which saves not only time, but also money. We will continue to expand the network of intercept parking lots in accordance with the Transport Strategy until 2030, which was approved by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin," Maxim Liksutov said.
To use this service, you need to park your personal car between 05:30 and 02:00, start your trip from the nearest intercept parking station of the Moscow Metro, the Moscow Central Ring or the Moscow Central Diameter, and make at least two trips per day.
There are already 110 intercept parking lots in Moscow. According to the Transport Program until 2030, which was approved by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, by 2030 it is planned to organize more than 150,000 parking spaces in Moscow and the cities of the Moscow region in order to create a single transport space between the regions.
