Not all buildings located on the suburban area must necessarily be registered, since they do not have a strong connection with the ground, they can be moved without disproportionate damage to the purpose of the structure. This was announced on March 11 by the Roseestr press service.

Thus, this type of building includes outdoor showers and toilets, baths and sheds, as well as greenhouses and various non-residential structures.

The press service added that only capital buildings are subject to mandatory registration. They must have a strong connection with the earth, and they must also be built from certain materials.
