The services named the most popular destinations for summer holidays with children

Families with children are mainly planning holidays within the country this summer, with Russian destinations accounting for up to 75% of tour and airline ticket bookings, the services told Izvestia.

Applications for tours with children account for almost 63.5% of the total number of applications for the summer, according to "Fly.ru". At the same time, the level of demand for trips with children with arrivals from the beginning of June to the end of August is 16.8% lower than in the same period last year.

Summer trips with children within the country account for 62.6% of applications for tours. The most popular domestic destinations are Krasnodar Territory, Crimea, Kaliningrad Region, Moscow Region and the Republic of Dagestan.

Other countries account for only 24.7% of airline ticket bookings for passengers with children, added Elena Shelekhova, head of the press service for OneTwoTrip travel planning service.

"Turkey, China, Azerbaijan, Thailand and Armenia were among the most popular. Compared to the summer of 2024, there was a 3-fold increase in interest in trips to China and Thailand, as well as a 2—fold increase in demand for trips with children to Armenia," she noted.

In addition, as added in "Fly.<url>", the number of bookings of tours for holidays with children in the Maldives is growing.
