In Moscow, 17 houses with French balconies have been renovated in 10 years. This was announced on Tuesday, March 11, by the press service of the Moscow City Hall.

The specialists of the municipal management complex have overhauled the buildings, updating their appearance and decorative elements.

The balconies in such houses do not have separate platforms, instead, fences are installed on the outside of the facade, writes RT.

So, in 2023, repairs were carried out in the house of Count V.S. Tatishchev on Pyatnitskaya Street in Zamoskvorechye, built in 1913 by architect Gustav Gelrich. Repairs were also carried out in a ten-storey neoclassical apartment building built in 1958 on Lyusinovskaya Street, Moscow 24 notes.

In 2025, it is planned to complete the reconstruction of the A.N. Monighetti house in Furmanny Lane, Basmanny district. The building was built in 1917 in the Art Nouveau style by architect Nikolai Matveev, according to the Moscow City News Agency.
