The site of the former Tsaritsyno industrial zone in Moscow is being reorganized under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced on Tuesday, March 11, by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.

The construction will be carried out on the territory of the former industrial zone "Kotlyakovo". A modern space with housing, public and social facilities will be built there, Moscow 24 notes. In total, it is planned to build 210.5 thousand square meters of various real estate here, according to the Moscow City News agency.

Shops, cafes, service workshops and other small businesses will be located on the ground floors. This will create 12,000 jobs, NSN said.

An area of 10.31 hectares will be transformed, of which 8.07 hectares will be reorganized according to the KRT program. It is located at the intersection of Delovaya Street and Kavkazsky Boulevard, within walking distance from the Chertanovo station of the Paveletsky direction of the Moscow Railways, RT notes.

On February 23, Yefimov announced that seven former industrial zones would be reorganized under the KRT program in southeastern Moscow. Their implementation will give the city about 47,000 jobs, writes 360.ru .
