Waltz announced the resumption of U.S. aid transfers to Ukraine

The pause in the transfer of aid to Ukraine from the United States has been lifted, White House National Security Adviser Mike Waltz said on March 11.

At the same time, Secretary of State Marco Rubio added that the Ukrainian conflict cannot have a military solution, the settlement lies in the plane of negotiations.

Earlier in the day, negotiations between the United States and Ukraine took place in the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, they lasted about nine hours. The joint declaration following the meeting states that Ukraine has expressed its readiness for a 30-day ceasefire.
