"By 14:00, the air temperature in the capital, according to the base weather station of the megacity, VDNH, reached + 12.2 degrees. This is the highest figure since the beginning of 2025," the Moscow City News agency quotes the forecaster.

Earlier that day, Maxim Liksutov, Deputy mayor of the capital for transport and industry, said that the scooter rental season in Moscow could start on March 15, RT reports.
