European countries have disagreed on the issue of support for Ukraine. This was announced on March 10 by Responsible Statecraft magazine.

According to the magazine, a series of high-profile statements and meetings over the past few weeks convincingly proves that the EU and Europe as a whole are by no means as "united" on this issue as they hoped to show.

It is also clarified that the EU countries could not agree on a common position, since Hungary vetoed it.

Earlier, on March 10, Lubos Blaga, a member of the European Parliament from Slovakia, said that it was time for European leaders to recognize the loss of the Ukrainian plot and start negotiating with Russia.

Earlier, on March 8, Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto accused the Polish government and the European Union (EU) of blocking peace talks on the conflict in Ukraine. At the same time, he stressed that the vast majority of countries, led by the United States, want to achieve a peaceful settlement.
