Russian boxer Bivol flew to Moscow after defeating Beterbiev

Undisputed light heavyweight boxing world champion Dmitry Bivol arrived in Russia on March 11 after winning a rematch against Artur Beterbiev.

At Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport, the fighter was greeted with a loaf with his last name and the song "Blood Type" by the Kino collective, to which Bivol enters the ring.

The boxer told reporters that he was returning to the country in a great mood, with a sense of accomplishment to the team and himself.

On February 23, Bivol defeated Beterbiev in a fight for the world light heavyweight title. The fight lasted all 12 rounds and ended with Bivol's victory by decision of the judges. Later, the winner told Izvestia that Beterbiev wanted to take revenge.

The next fight of the absolute champion will be against the American fighter David Benavidez. The American won 30 victories in 30 fights.
