A woman was injured when a car collided with a truck in Primorye.

In Dalnerechensk, Primorsky Krai, a 64-year-old woman was injured in a collision between a Mercedes-Benz truck and a Honda passenger car. The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reports this in its Telegram channel.

The accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon, March 11, on the 350th km of the federal highway A-370 "Ussuri". According to police, the 64-year-old driver of a Honda Fit did not yield at the intersection to a Mercedes-Benz Actros truck moving along the main road. The cars collided.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the car suffered a closed craniocerebral injury and a hip contusion. The woman was hospitalized, writes IA PrimaMedia.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs clarifies that the driving experience of the injured motorist is 18 years. Administrative materials have been compiled in relation to her under Part 2 of Article 12.13 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to comply with traffic regulations to give way to a vehicle enjoying a preferential right of way at intersections") and Article 12.33 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Damage to roads, railway crossings or other road structures").

On the evening of March 10, a LADA Vesta and a Ford Transit ambulance collided in Volgograd. As a result, one person was injured and taken to the hospital.
