The Su-34 crew struck a stronghold and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk border region

A Su-34 fighter-bomber of the Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) destroyed a stronghold and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the border area of the Kursk region. This was announced on March 11 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"The crew of the Su-34 multifunctional supersonic fighter-bomber of the Aerospace Forces struck at the personnel and a stronghold of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the border area of the Kursk region," the ministry said in a statement.

It is specified that the strike was carried out by bombs with a universal planning and correction module (UMPC). After the successful attack, the crew returned to the departure airfield.

The destruction of infrastructure seriously undermines the work of the enemy's military-industrial complex, experts believe.

On March 6, the Su-34 crew hit the AFU positions in the Zaporizhia region with aerial bombs. It is specified that the strike was carried out with the help of FAB-500 aircraft bombs from UMPK. The temporary deployment points were located in the settlements of Omelnik and Egorovka, Zaporizhia region.
