On March 11, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with Alexander Tsybulsky, Governor of the Arkhangelsk Region.
He presented the Head of state with a report on the socio-economic development of the region over the past five years. In particular, he noted that the region is a leader in projects in the residency regime in the Arctic zone. According to him, 32 billion investments were attracted and 4.2 thousand jobs were created.
