"Telegram is the main source of information in our country," he said at the scientific and practical conference "Modern Media: semantic strategies and personnel training".

The presidential press secretary noted that on the one hand, this is good, but on the other, according to him, there is a clear trend of changing the flow of information and its nature. He also noted that the system of perception of information flows is currently changing.
