Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to consider the creation of a national digital archive of the stories of participants in the special operation. This follows from the list of instructions following the meeting of the Russian Organizing Committee "Victory".

"To consider the creation of a national digital archive of the stories of participants in a special military operation, defining the procedure for storing and ensuring the information security of the collected data, as well as the volume and sources of funding for relevant activities," the instruction says.
