Surgut announced the date of completion of the new embankment

The readiness of the new embankment in the area of the Ice Sports Palace in Surgut (Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug) is 69%. Its length will be 1,542 meters, the press service of the Mayor's office reports in its Telegram.

According to the city administration, the installation of anchor rods, the arrangement of a reinforced concrete head, a drainage filtration prism and viewing platforms in front of the amphitheaters have already been completed.

Further, the embankment territory will be landscaped with bike paths, a place for walking and trees, writes <url> news agency.

Construction work began in 2022. The commissioning of the facility is scheduled for the end of October 2025.
