Sheremetyevo Airport lifted restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft. This was announced on Tuesday, March 11, by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"During the period of restrictions, 18 aircraft operating flights to Sheremetyevo left for alternate airfields," he said in a Telegram channel.

Korenyako added that all airport services, air traffic controllers and aircraft crews have taken all necessary measures to ensure flight safety.

The restrictions, which were introduced at 4:40, were lifted at 8:55.
