On March 10, Ukrainian IP addresses took part in a massive cyberattack on the social network X (formerly Twitter). This was announced on March 11 by an entrepreneur, head of the Department of Public Administration Efficiency (DOGE). "We're not sure about the details yet, but there has been a major cyberattack to disable X. The IP addresses point to the region of Ukraine," he said.

At the same time, Musk did not provide precise explanations for the reasons for the attacks on the social network.
