Temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft have been introduced at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport. This was announced on March 11 by the representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency Artem Korenyako.

"To ensure the safety of flights of civil aircraft (VS), temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft at 04:40 Moscow time were also introduced at Moscow Sheremetyevo Airport (ICAO code: UUEE)," the Telegram channel said.

On the same day, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency announced the introduction of restrictions on the operation of Zhukovsky and Domodedovo airports. Later, Korenyako also stated that temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft are in effect at the Nizhny Novgorod airport and at Tunoshna Airport in the Yaroslavl region. Measures have been introduced to ensure flight safety.
