Rubio named a condition for the resumption of American aid to Kiev

The decision to resume the supply of American weapons to Kiev depends on the outcome of the meeting of the delegations of the United States and Ukraine in Saudi Arabia. This was announced on March 10 by US Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
"I think the whole understanding of the pause in aid in general is something I hope we can resolve. Obviously, this will happen tomorrow," the Secretary of State said.
He added that assistance can be resumed if the American delegation comes out of the negotiations satisfied.
In addition, according to Rubio, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is not a member of the team from Ukraine. He will not participate in the negotiation process.
He also added that American representatives continue to work with the Ukrainian side to resolve the agreement on the joint development of Ukraine's mineral resources, which was previously thwarted at the White House.
On the same day, Bloomberg reported that the upcoming negotiations between the delegations of Kiev and Washington in Saudi Arabia would be another logical attempt by the administration of American leader Donald Trump to convince Zelensky of the need to conclude a partial truce.
