On March 11, the Russian Ministry of Defense told about the exploits of Russian servicemen in the area of the special military operation (SVO).

The ministry noted the actions of Private Rail Saigafarov, who, as part of a machine-gun crew, performed fire support tasks for Russian motorized rifle units during the assault on the fortifications of the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). During the battle, Saigafarov discovered enemy hidden positions from which the advancing Russian attack aircraft were being shelled, and suppressed the enemy's positions with accurate fire, which allowed the Russian military to occupy a strong point.

Having gained a foothold on the occupied line, Saigafarov correctly chose a place for observation and prepared the firing position for a defensive battle. While conducting surveillance, he promptly detected the approach of a sabotage and reconnaissance group of Ukrainian militants and, having informed the commander by means of communication about the approach of the enemy, opened fire on him. As a result of the targeted shooting, most of the saboteurs were destroyed. The surviving Ukrainian militants retreated, abandoning the dead and wounded. Saigafarov's professional actions made it possible to ensure the advance of Russian troops into the depth of the enemy's defenses and created the conditions for a further offensive.

In addition, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation drew attention to the merits of Foreman Larisa Yandarbieva, who performed the tasks of providing qualified medical care to Russian servicemen both at evacuation points and in the rear areas. She was repeatedly deployed to the area of active military clashes to provide first aid and evacuate the wounded.

Under continuous enemy fire, Yandarbiyeva helped the soldiers on the battlefield, after which she delivered them to medical institutions. One day, she was on duty at a medical center and provided assistance to the wounded. The enemy began shelling the buildings where the medical center was located. After several sighting shells landed near the medical center, damaging part of the building, the foreman, along with his subordinates, organized the evacuation of the wounded and staff to a safe place. Arriving at the reserve position, Yandarbieva immediately began to carry out her duties. After organizing the work of the medical center in a new location, she and the driver moved into the destroyed buildings and took out medicines and some of the surviving equipment to a backup position.

Thanks to Yandarbiyeva's professional actions, the servicemen and medical staff were evacuated in a timely manner, which saved their lives.
